A fresh install of Windows 10 gives a chance to discover a statistic.
In my previous post I mention about SSDs. In particular, I had to change one out because it was failing; it happened to be C, the Windows boot drive.
That all happened, so now I’ve a fresh install of Windows 10. It’s from a Windows download (see microsoft.com), so free of bloatware, so far as I can tell.
The C drive, which contains Windows 10, reports 27.1GB used. I guess that means that a fresh install of Windows 10, by itself, takes up around 27.1GB of storage.
